Worked good for me using it for charging and HDMI hook up.

Not worth it

I have the Verizon Galaxy Nexus. Phone charges in dock but loses charge if clock is on when in dock so it's useless other that as a charging dock but not worth the money.

no sync

Although this is marketed as a sync and charger device, it does not sync. This is confirmed in the user manual. HDMI appears to work well.
